Yields 24 cookies.

Ingredients

• 1 jar of Ultimate Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

1. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and 1tsp. (5ml) of vanilla extract.
2. Open the jar and pour the contents into a separate mixing bowl.
3. Using a wooden spoon, stir all dry ingredients together.
4. Add egg mixture into the dry ingredients from the jar and stir until fully combined.
5. Spoon tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet, then bake at 350°F (177°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely before serving.

Note: Eggs should be at room temperature for best results.
