Melt white chocolate flavoured Merckens either in a double boiler or in a bowl over a pot of boiling water.
Stir in 1/2 cup of crushed candy cane (reserving 1/4 cup for decoration) then add peppermint extract into melted white chocolate flavoured Merckens and combine.
Line an 11" x 17" baking pan with wax paper.
Pour and spread mixture onto wax paper.
Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of crushed candy cane on top.
Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
Keep refrigerated in a sealed container until ready to serve.
