Easter Eggie Bars

Yield may vary depending on how large the bars are cut from the 9'' x 13'' baking pan

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1, 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups Eggies, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °.
  2. Spray cooking spray on 9" x 13" baking dish.
  3. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl and then press into greased pan.
  4. Mix coconut, shredded and pecans, chopped together and sprinkle over crust.
  5. Add can of sweetened condensed milk over top.
  6. Add milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and Eggies, chopped and press into pan.
  7. Baked for 20-25 minutes until golden brown edges form.
  8. Let fully cool in pan and then cut into pieces.
