Directions for use

So soya is dehydrated and has no flavour, making it extremely versatile as it readily absorbs moisture and flavour. Soak so soya in your choice of hot liquid (water, broth, juice or marinade) for 10 - 15 minutes then add it to whatever you are cooking e.g. fajitas, stir fry, patties, tacos, shish kabobs, lasagna, etc. Remember to add some flavours when cooking. So soya can be added as it is to any recipe with lots of liquids such as soup, stew, chili, pasta sauce, etc.

Usage Tips

Rehydrate So Soya+ Slices in your choice of hot liquid (water, broth, juice, marinade) for 10 to 15 minutes, drain excess liquid, and add to whatever you're cooking (such as stir fry, fajitas, shish kebobs, wraps, etc.). Or simply add So Soya+ Slices in the dry form to any recipe with lots of liquid (such as stew, soup, chili, spaghetti sauce, etc.) and let it absorb moisture and flavor effortlessly. So Soya+ Slices readily absorb moisture and your favourite flavours.

Storage Tips

Store at room temperature for 2 years or longer. Once cooked, it should be treated like meat (refrigerated for a few days or frozen for even longer).
