    to help soothe tired muscles and/or sore feet, add approximately 1 cup (500 g) epsom salt to warm bath water in a standard tub and stir to dissolve. it can also be used in hot tubs and whirlpool baths. for insect bites, minor sprains and bruises dissolve 1/2 cup (250 g) epsom salt in 1 litre of water and apply as a wet dressing. epsom salt will dry out if exposed excessively to heat or air. store in a tightly closed container, in a dry, cool place. note: not to be taken internally.
