    4 1/8 cups (512 g) protein multigrain bread mix 2 1/4 tsps. (7 g) instant dry yeast 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) water 1 tbsp. + 1tsp. (15ml + 5ml) canola oil combine yeast and bread mix in a large bowl. add the water and oil to the bowl and mix well for about 2-3 minutes, untill well blended. fold and knead the dough 200 times, for around 4 minutes. round up the dough and leave it in a warm area for 30 minutes. refold the dough for about 1 minute. rest for 60 minutes in a warm area. bake at 400°f (204°c) for 30 minutes. for bread machine, follow the instruction manual.
