Apple Doughnuts

  1. Cut the apple into discs and remove the center.
  2. Heat the oil on medium heat.
  3. In a medium sized bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, salt, and almond milk.
  4. Dip the apple discs into the batter to cover and fry in oil until crispy (approx. 2 mins per side). Remove from the pan.
  5. Cover with a dust of icing sugar and enjoy warm.

Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes
Yield: Approx. 16 Doughnuts
