Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
1.5 fresh ripe bananas
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen sour cherries
2/3 cup Natura Almond Original
2 Tbsp. agave syrup
3 pitted dates
3 Tbsp. ground chia seeds
3 Tbsp. vegan protein powder
Yields:
2 servings
Toppings:
1/2 sliced banana
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 Tbsp. shredded coconut
4 Tbsp. currant-ly craving cranberry granola
2.Tbsp natural smooth peanut butter
1 Tbsp. goji berries
Directions
Add fresh bananas, almond milk and dates into a blender, then add frozen fruit, agave syrup, ground chia seeds and vegan protein powder.
Blend on low speed for 30 seconds, then gradually increase speed to the highest setting. Blend until completely smooth.
Pour mixture into bowl(s) and garnish with fresh sliced banana, chia seeds, shredded coconut, granola, peanut butter and goji berries.
Serve and enjoy!
