Strawberry Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1- Cup Almond Breeze Original
3/4- Cup Fresh Strawberries (Sliced)
1/2- Tsp. Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder
1/2 - Cup Low Fat Greek Yogurt
2- Tbsp. Ground Chia
1/2- Tsp. Chia Seeds

Garnish:
All to taste
Blueberries
Raspberries
Granola

Directions

  1. Place 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries (reserving the other 1/4 cup for garnish), almond milk, ground chia, matcha powder, and yogurt in a blender and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes or until completely smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie base into small bowls and garnish with remaining fresh strawberries and chia seeds. Serve cold.

Yield: 2 small smoothie bowls
