Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Pecans

  1. Place pecans on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, nutritional yeast, and spices.
  3. Pour the olive oil mixture over the pecans. Mix until the pecans are fully coated.
  4. Bake on the top rack of the oven at 350°F for 12 minutes, removing the nuts halfway to toss. Watch the pecans closely to ensure they don't burn.
  5. Allow pecans to cool completely before transferring to a Christmas tin!
  6. Optional: For a final touch add a dried orange slice and wrap it with a bow.
