Nourishing Banana Cookies
Ingredients
2 large bananas
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup quick rolled oats
2/3 cup gluten-free all purpose flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup walnut pieces
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
In a bowl, mash the bananas;
Mix in the other ingredients;
On a lined baking tray, form 12 cookies;
Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes;
Let them cool for a few minutes and enjoy these nourishing banana cookies!
