Plant-Based Fudge Brownie Loaf

  1. Add applesauce, maple syrup, and plant-based milk to a bowl, and stir together. Then add the dry ingredients (oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder), and combine well. Stir in the nut butter until fully combined. Lastly, fold in chocolate chips.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  3. Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle over chocolate chips and walnuts.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes. Slice, and enjoy!
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
