Dairy Free Brownie Bites
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Wafers
- 3/4 cup Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour
- 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cup Superior Red Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 cup Vanilla Oat Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Monk Fruit/Erythritol Blend
- 1 cup Oat milk
- 1/2 cup Dairy Free Dark Chocolate Chunks

Directions
- Melt chocolate wafers until smooth. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powders, and baking soda. Set aside.
- Add yogurt and monk fruit sweetener to the melted wafers. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients and mix together.
- Add oat milk and stir.
- Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Scoop into a greased mini muffin pan.
- Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with additional chocolate chunks.
- Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
