    1 cup - keto bun mix (150 g) 3 large eggs 3/4 cup water 3 tbsp cooking oil (any cooking oil of your choice) 2 tbsp instant yeast preheat the oven to 350°f. in a mixing bowl add 1 cup of keto friendly bun mix. in another bowl add the eggs, water, cooking oil and instant yeast. mix well. now add the liquid mixture to the dry keto bun mix in the mixing bowl. mix for 2 minutes or until mixed properly. divide 4 equal size portions and form round shape dough balls. the portion size can be changed depending on user’s preference. place dough balls on baking tray and press lightly for about 1 inch thickness. optionally, add egg wash and sprinkle your favourite seed topping. bake in the oven at 350 °f for 40 minutes. remove from the oven and allow to cool.
