to make approximately 1l of minestrone soup, boil 4 cups (1 litre) of water and add 1 cup (90g) of minestrone soup mix. mix well and bring back to a boil. cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetable and pasta have reached proper tenderness. stir occasionally.
