    cooking instructions: for 2 burgers or 8 croquettes add 1/3 cup (80 ml) of warm water to 3/4 cup (125 g) of mix and let sit for 5 minutes. add a little more water if the mixture seems too dry. form the patties into the size you desire. heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan. cook the patties for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. can also be used as a breading for meat, fish, tofu and cheese.
