    Puffed Rice Granola


    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups rolled oats
    • 2 cups puffed brown rice
    • 1 cup almond meal
    • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
    • 1/3 cup hemp hearts
    • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • Generous pinch of salt
    • 1/4 cup maple syrup
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 1/3 cup dried mulberries


    Directions:

    • In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the dried mulberries. Feel free to substitute the ingredients according to your likings (for example, use hazelnuts instead of almonds, etc.)
    • Mix until everything is well incorporated.
    • Spread into a thin layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 290°F for 25 minutes, mixing halfway through.
    • Let the granola cool down. Add the mulberries and enjoy!
