    Sour Gummies

    Ingredients:

    Prep Time: 5 minutes
    Cook Time: 5 minutes
    Chilling Time: 5 minutes
    Total Time: 15 minutes
    Yield: 40-50 gummies

    • 1 3-ounce Box Jell-O (any flavour)
    • 2 tbsp Gelatine Unflavoured
    • 1/3 cup (80g) Cold Water
    • Citric Acid (3.4 ounce container)
    • Silicone Molds
    • Candy Dropper

    Directions:

    1. In a medium size saucepan, add Jell-O, gelatine, and cold water. Whisk together.
    2. Cook mixture over medium heat for five minutes, stirring the entire time.
    3. Remove from heat and pour into a glass measuring cup. Using the dropper, fill the silicone molds with the mixture.
    4. Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes. Remove from fridge and pop out the gummies. Place them on a parchment paper sprinkled with a little bit of citric acid to prevent sticking.
    5. Once all gummies are on the cookie sheet, sprinkle a little bit more citric acid over the tops. Just be careful not to add too much, it'll be sour. Place in a bowl and enjoy!

NOTES: If you do not want the sour taste, you can omit the citric acid and just dust the gummies with cornstarch. This will prevent them from sticking to each other.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
