    Spring Popcorn Mix

    Ingredients:

    • 4 cups Caramel Corn
    • 3/4 cup Post Shreddies
    • 1/2 cup Roasted & Salted Peanuts
    • 1/2 cup Mini Peanut Butter Cups
    • 1/2 cup Mini Cub Gummies
    • 1/3 cup Pastel Coloured Candy Corn
    • 1/2 cup Spring M&M's Milk Chocolate
    • 1/2 cup Mini Marshmallows
    • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped Chocolate Petite Eggs
    • 1/2 cup White Merckens Molding Wafers
    • 1/2 cup Blue Merckens Molding Wafers
    • 1/2 Cup Pink Merckens Molding Wafers

     

    Directions:

    1. Mix together all ingredients except the Merckens Molding Wafers.
    2. In a bowl mix together 1/4 White Merckens Molding Wafers and 1/2 cup Blue Merckens Molding Wafers. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
    3. Melt the remaining 1/4 cups White Merckens Molding Wafers and 1/2 cup Pink Molding Wafers in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
    4. Lay the popcorn mix flat on parchment and drizzle with the melted blue and pink melted wafers. Let sit until the chocolate has hardened.
    5. Break the popcorn apart and enjoy!
