Earth Day Cookies
Ingredients:
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 8-10 minutes
Total Time: 28-30 minutes
Yield: 2 Dozen cookies
- 3 cups (450g) Cookie Dough Mix
- 1/4 cup (50ml) of Water
- Blue & Green Food Colour
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large bowl, mix water and cookie dough mix on low speed with an electric mixer until a stiff dough forms.
- Separate the dough into two bowls and colour the dough in one bowl blue and the other green.
- Take a pinch of each colour, and using your hands, roll them together into a ball about 1.5" in size.
- Bake on a cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Note: Store cookies in an airtight container.
