Sugar Free Gummy Candy Recipe
Ingredients:

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Yield: 40-45 small gummies
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) Gelatine, unflavoured
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Monk Fruit Erythritol
- 1/4 Cup + 2 tbsp (92 ml) Citrus Juice of choice or Water
- 1/4 Cup (62 ml) Water
- 1/4 tsp Citric Acid
- 1/2 - 3/4 tsp LorAnn Super Strength Flavour Oil (flavour of your choice)
- Food Colour or Gel Colour of your choice (optional)
- Silicone Gummy Molds
- Candy Dropper
Directions:
- Combine the gelatine, monk fruit, citrus juice/water, water, citric acid and desired flavouring in a small saucepan. Heat on medium low, while whisking constantly, to dissolve the gelatin and combine the ingredients. They will form a thick paste. Heat until the mixture is warm and pourable, about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a measuring cup. Use the candy dropper, then quickly dispense it into the silicone gummy molds.
- Transfer the molds to the refrigerator to cool and solidify the gummies, about 1-1.5 hours. Pop the gummy snacks out of the molds and enjoy!
Note: Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
