    Vegan Double Fudge Brownie Loaf


    Ingredients:

    • 2 Large Bananas, mashed (sub. 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce)
    • 1/2 cup (118ml) Maple Syrup
    • 1/2 cup (125g) Peanut Butter (or nut butter of choice)
    • 2/3 cup (63g) Cocoa Powder
    • 1 cup (125g) Oat Flour
    • 1 tsp Baking Powder
    • 1/2 cup (118ml) Oat Milk (or milk of choice)
    • Pinch of Salt
    • 1/3 cup (50g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips


    Directions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking loaf tin with parchment paper and set aside.
    2. In a medium-sized bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Next, stir in maple syrup and peanut butter.
    3. Whisk in the cocoa, flour, baking powder, milk, and salt until incorporated.
    4. Lastly, fold in chocolate chips.
    5. Pour the brownie mixture into the lined loaf tin, and top with a few additional chocolate chips.
    6. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow loaf to cool for 20 minutes before serving.

     

    NOTE: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
