No-Bake Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter Egg Nests
Ingredients:

Total Time: 25 minutes
Yield: 10 nests
- 1/4 cup (55g) coconut oil
- 1/2 cup (150g) natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup (80ml) maple syrup
- 2 tbsp (15g) cocoa powder
- 1 cup (120g) instant oats
- 1/4 cup (25g) unsweetened shredded coconut
- 30 pieces (100g) chocolate petite eggs
Directions:
- Melt the oil in a microwave for 30 second intervals until melted. Add the melted oil, peanut butter, maple syrup and cocoa powder to a medium-sized bowl, and blend with a spoon or hand mixer.
- Put the oats and coconut shreds in a large bowl, and pour in the chocolate mixture over. Combine well.
- Lay out some parchment paper on a large plate or baking tray. Scoop out 10 spoonfuls of the mixture, and form with your finger into round nests.
- Add 2-3 chocolate petite eggs into each nest.
- Let cool in the fridge (15 minutes) or freezer until hardened. Serve cool or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
