Reindeer Rice Krispie Treats
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Butter, plus extra for greasing the pan
- 5 1/2 cups (450g) Mini Marshmallows
- 6 cups (158g) Rice Krispies
- 16 Candy Eyeballs
- 16 Milk Chocolate Covered Pretzels
- 8 Red Milk Chocolate M&M Candies
- Christmas Sprinkles
- White Icing
Directions:
- Grease an 8-inch cake pan; set aside.
- Add the butter to a large pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally until melted. Add the marshmallows and continue stirring until coated with butter and completely melted. Remove from heat and gently mix in cereal until combined.
- Use a spoon to pour the mixture into a pan. Then, use your fingers or the back of the spoon to press down on the mixture until it's packed and tight against the surface of the pan.
- Allow it to cool, then cover it with parchment and flip it upside-down. Carefully remove the original pan and cut it into 8 triangle slices.
- Spread a small amount of icing on the back of the candy eyes and stick them to the top of one of the triangular Rice Krispie Treats. Do the same with the M&M nose, pretzel antlers, and sprinkles. Repeat for each reindeer.
- Serve and enjoy!
Note: Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
