Easter Bars
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups (180g) Graham Wafers
- 1/4 cup (60g) Butter, melted
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup (50g) Quick Rolled Oats
- 1 cup (170g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, Jumbo
- 1 cup (170g) Butterscotch Chips
- 1/2 cup (20g) Sweetened Flaked Coconut
- 1/2 cup (135g) Chocolate Malted Eggs, chopped
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl combine the graham wafers and butter. Press the graham mixture evenly into the pan.
- Pour the sweetened condensed coconut milk over the graham base. Sprinkle the quicks oats on top.
- Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, sweetened coconut flakes, and chopped chocolate malted eggs.
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the top is a nice golden colour and bubbling.
- Remove from the bake and allow to fully cool before slicing.
Note:
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the freezer for a month.
