    Avocado Smoothie Bowl With Cashew Cream


    1/2- Cup Dry Roasted Unsalted Cashews
    1/2- Cup Grace Coconut Milk
    1- Cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    3- Tbsp. Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate 90% Protein
    1/2 - Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
    1/2 - Frozen Banana
    1/4 Cup Kale (Stems Removed)
    1- Whole Avocado

    1/8- Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes, Sulfate-Free
    1/4 - Cup Pomegranate Seeds


    For cashew cream: - Place coconut milk and cashews in a blender and blend until smooth. (You may reserve a few cashews for garnish if you'd like.)

    For the bowl:
    1. Place all ingredients (except garnish) in a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Transfer into bowls and garnish with one or two tablespoons of cashew cream in the center.
    3. Sprinkle coconut flakes, pomegranate seeds and remaining cashews on top to finish.

    Yield: 2 small smoothie bowls
