    Blended Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding


    • 2 cups (490g) Milk, or milk alternative
    • 6 tbsp Chia Seeds
    • 3-5 Dates
    • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
    • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • Pinch of Sea Salt


    Topping Options:

    • Dried Blueberries
    • Unsweetened Coconut, Flake, So2 Free
    • Pumpkin Seeds, Hulled Raw
    • Hulled Hemp Seeds
    • Walnut Pieces
    • Raspberries


    1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
    2. Divide amongst containers and add toppings of choice.
    3. Can be enjoyed immediately but will thicken up more once refrigerated for at least 4 hours.
    4. Enjoy!


    Notes: Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
