Blended Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (490g) Milk, or milk alternative
- 6 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 3-5 Dates
- 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Topping Options:
- Dried Blueberries
- Unsweetened Coconut, Flake, So2 Free
- Pumpkin Seeds, Hulled Raw
- Hulled Hemp Seeds
- Walnut Pieces
- Raspberries
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Divide amongst containers and add toppings of choice.
- Can be enjoyed immediately but will thicken up more once refrigerated for at least 4 hours.
- Enjoy!
Notes: Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
