    Nourishing Millet Breakfast Bowl


    • 1/3 cup (50g) Millet (soaked overnight)
    • 1 1/2 cups (355ml) Milk of Choice
    • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
    • 1/4 cup (40g) Walnuts
    • 1/4 cup (30g) Goji Berries
    • 2 tbsp Cacao Nibs
    • 1/2 - 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (adjust for desired sweetness)



    • 1 Scoop Protein Powder of choice
    • Fruit of choice


    1. Drain the millet and add to a saucepan with milk.
    2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
    3. Stir in cinnamon and vanilla. The millet is ready when it is soft and chewy. Add more milk if you prefer it creamier.
    4. Remove the saucepan from heat and spoon the millet into a serving bowl. Optional: Stir in a scoop of protein powder.
    5. Top with walnuts, goji berries, cacao nibs and drizzle with maple syrup. Optional: Add fruit of choice. Enjoy!
