    Puffed Rice Granola


    • 2 cups rolled oats
    • 2 cups puffed brown rice
    • 1 cup almond meal
    • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
    • 1/3 cup hemp hearts
    • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • Generous pinch of salt
    • 1/4 cup maple syrup
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 1/3 cup dried mulberries


    1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the dried mulberries. Feel free to substitute the ingredients according to your likings (for example, use hazelnuts instead of almonds, etc.)
    2. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
    3. Spread into a thin layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 290°F for 25 minutes, mixing halfway through.
    4. Let the granola cool down. Add the mulberries and enjoy!
