Chocolate Cupcake Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups (517 g) Deluxe Chocolate Cake Mix
1 1/4 cups (284 ml) Water
3 Eggs
1/3 cup (60 ml) Vegetable Oil
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer on low speed, mix for 30 - 60 seconds. Scrape down bowl. Mix 3 minutes on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
Place cupcake cups into cupcake pan and fill 3/4 with cupcake batter. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 30 - 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry.
