    Ice Cream Sandwich

    Ingredients:

    • Birthday Cake Cookie with Rainbow Sprinkles
    • Mini Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
    • Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies
    • Mini Ginger Snap Cookies
    • Honey Graham Cub Cookies
    • Animal Crackers
    • Chocolate Teenys
    • Rainbow Sprinkles
    • Unsweetened Coconut
    • Skor Toffee Bits
    • Assorted Ice Cream (Can be vegan or dairy-free)

    Directions:

    1. On a serving platter, arrange cookies, toppings, and ice cream.
    2. Have kids, choose cookie and ice cream of their choice, scoop some ice cream on one side of the cookie then sandwich with another cookie. Dip or roll ice cream sandwich in the topping of their choice. Serve immediately.
