    Nourishing Banana Cookies


    Ingredients:

    • 2 large bananas
    • 2 tbsp coconut oil
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 cup quick rolled oats
    • 2/3 cup gluten-free all purpose flour
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
    • 1/2 cup walnut pieces
    • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

     


    Directions:

    1. In a bowl, mash the bananas;
    2. Mix in the other ingredients;
    3. On a lined baking tray, form 12 cookies;
    4. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes;
    5. Let them cool for a few minutes and enjoy these nourishing banana cookies!
