    Smoothie Bowl Recipe


    Ingredients:

    • 1.5 fresh ripe bananas
    • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
    • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
    • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
    • 1 cup frozen sour cherries
    • 2/3 cup Natura Almond Original
    • 2 Tbsp. agave syrup
    • 3 pitted dates
    • 3 Tbsp. ground chia seeds
    • 3 Tbsp. vegan protein powder

     

    Yields: 2 servings

    Toppings:

    • 1/2 sliced banana
    • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
    • 2 Tbsp. shredded coconut
    • 4 Tbsp. currant-ly craving cranberry granola
    • 2.Tbsp natural smooth peanut butter
    • 1 Tbsp. goji berries


    Directions:

    • Add fresh bananas, almond milk and dates into a blender, then add frozen fruit, agave syrup, ground chia seeds and vegan protein powder.
    • Blend on low speed for 30 seconds, then gradually increase speed to the highest setting. Blend until completely smooth.
    • Pour mixture into bowl(s) and garnish with fresh sliced banana, chia seeds, shredded coconut, granola, peanut butter and goji berries.
    • Serve and enjoy!
