    Strawberry Mint Chia Fresca


    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups Frozen Strawberries, thawed for half hour
    • 10 Mint Leaves
    • 3 tbsp Coconut Sugar
    • 1 lime, juiced
    • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
    • 8 cups of fresh filtered water (optional: sparkling water, coconut water or a mix)


    Directions:

    • In a high speed blender, blend strawberries, mint, lime and coconut sugar until it resembles a sorbet texture.
    • Add into a large pitcher or bottle with the water of choice.
    • Mix in the chia seeds and allow them to thicken for about 10 min.
    • Garnish with mint and strawberries.
    • Enjoy!
