    Sweet "Spaghetti" Bars

    Ingredients:

    • 5–6 cups (225 g) fried chow mein noodles
    • 4 1/2 cups (225 g) marshmallows
    • 1/4 cup (60 g) salted butter
    • 1/4 cup (25 g) light brown melting wafers
    • 1/2 cup (25–30 g) mini marshmallows
    • Rainbow sprinkles, as desired

    • Optional (for extra gooey texture):
      • 2 Tbsp (30 g) unsalted butter
      • 1/2 cup (85 g) white chocolate chips

    Directions:

    1. Prep the pan: Spray a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking dish with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.
    2. Place noodles: Add the chow mein noodles to a large mixing bowl.
    3. Melt marshmallows: In a large saucepan, melt the salted butter over medium heat until just browned. Add the marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
    4. Combine: Pour the marshmallow mixture over the chow mein noodles and gently stir to coat.
    5. Optional gooey mix: In a separate saucepan, melt the unsalted butter and white chocolate chips together over medium heat. Stir until smooth, then fold into the noodle mixture.
    6. Press and top: Transfer the coated noodles to the prepared dish, pressing evenly into place.
    7. Decorate: Drizzle melted light brown wafers over top, then sprinkle with mini marshmallows and rainbow sprinkles.
    8. Set: Let sit at room temperature until firm, then slice into squares and enjoy!
