    Chewy Rainbow Chip Granola Bars


    Ingredients:

    • 7 tbsp (100g) Unsalted Butter
    • 1/3 cup (65g) Brown Sugar, packed
    • 2 tbsp (40g) Honey
    • 2 cups (180g) Quick Rolled Oats
    • 3/4 cup (20g) Puffed Rice Cereal or Puffed Brown Rice Cereal
    • 1/3 cup (40g) Hulled Hemp Seeds
    • Pinch of Salt
    • 1/4 cup (40g) Chocolate Teeny's Semi Sweet


    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
    2. Combine butter, sugar and honey in a medium saucepan over low heat and stir until sugar dissolves.
    3. Fold in the remaining ingredients except the chocolate teeny's until fully incorporated.
    4. Press mixture into the lined pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
    5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate teeny's, carefully pressing them into the warm bars using a spatula.
    6. Allow bars to cool completely in the pan. Remove from pan using parchment and transfer to a cutting board.
    7. Cut into 12 rectangular bars and enjoy!

     

    Note: Store the bars in an airtight container for 4-5 days using parchment paper between the layers. Bars can be frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container.

     

    PREP TIME: 10 minutes
    BAKE TIME: 15 minutes
    TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes
    YIELD: 12 Bars
