Chewy Rainbow Chip Granola Bars
Ingredients:
- 7 tbsp (100g) Unsalted Butter
- 1/3 cup (65g) Brown Sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp (40g) Honey
- 2 cups (180g) Quick Rolled Oats
- 3/4 cup (20g) Puffed Rice Cereal or Puffed Brown Rice Cereal
- 1/3 cup (40g) Hulled Hemp Seeds
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/4 cup (40g) Chocolate Teeny's Semi Sweet
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Combine butter, sugar and honey in a medium saucepan over low heat and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Fold in the remaining ingredients except the chocolate teeny's until fully incorporated.
- Press mixture into the lined pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate teeny's, carefully pressing them into the warm bars using a spatula.
- Allow bars to cool completely in the pan. Remove from pan using parchment and transfer to a cutting board.
- Cut into 12 rectangular bars and enjoy!
Note: Store the bars in an airtight container for 4-5 days using parchment paper between the layers. Bars can be frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container.

BAKE TIME: 15 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes
YIELD: 12 Bars
