Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Pecans
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (260g) Pecan Halves
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tsp Dried or Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions:
- Place pecans on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, nutritional yeast, and spices.
- Pour the olive oil mixture over the pecans. Mix until the pecans are fully coated.
- Bake on the top rack of the oven at 350°F for 12 minutes, removing the nuts halfway to toss. Watch the pecans closely to ensure they don't burn.
- Allow pecans to cool completely before transferring to a Christmas tin!
- Optional: For a final touch add a dried orange slice and wrap it with a bow.
