    Dairy Free Brownie Bites


    • 1/2 cup Extra Dark Chocolate Wafers
    • 3/4 cup Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour
    • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
    • 1/4 cup Superior Red Cocoa Powder
    • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    • 1 cup Vanilla Oat Yogurt
    • 1/2 cup Monk Fruit/Erythritol Blend
    • 1/4 cup Oat Milk
    • 1/2 cup Dairy Free Dark Chocolate Chunks


    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a mini muffin pan and set aside.
    2. Melt chocolate wafers until smooth. Set aside to cool.
    3. In a large bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powders, and baking soda. Set aside.
    4. Add yogurt and monk fruit sweetener to the melted wafers. Mix until fully incorporated.
    5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients and mix together.
    6. Add oat milk and stir.
    7. Fold in chocolate chunks.
    8. Scoop into greased mini muffin pan.
    9. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
    10. Remove from oven and top with additional chocolate chunks.
    11. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
