Black Bottom Dolly Bars
Ingredients:
- 3 cups (360g) Graham Crumbs
- 1 tbsp Black Cocoa
- 2 tbsp Superior Red Cocoa Powder
- 3 tbsp White Fine Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup (227g) Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 can (395g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
Topping:
- 1 cup (170g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup (80g) White Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup (180g) Sweetened Coconut, Flake
- 1/2 cup (65g) Pecan Pieces
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a bowl place graham crumbs, cocoa powders, white sugar, salt and melted butter. Mix until fully combined.
- Press the crumbs into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips, coconut, and pecan pieces on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top begins to turn slightly golden in colour
- Remove from oven. Allow the bars to cool fully before cutting.
NOTES: Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
