    Black Bottom Dolly Bars


    Ingredients:

    • 3 cups (360g) Graham Crumbs
    • 1 tbsp Black Cocoa
    • 2 tbsp Superior Red Cocoa Powder
    • 3 tbsp White Fine Sugar
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1 cup (227g) Unsalted Butter, melted
    • 1 can (395g) Sweetened Condensed Milk

     

    Topping:

    • 1 cup (170g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
    • 1/2 cup (80g) White Chocolate Chips
    • 1 cup (180g) Sweetened Coconut, Flake
    • 1/2 cup (65g) Pecan Pieces


    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
    2. In a bowl place graham crumbs, cocoa powders, white sugar, salt and melted butter. Mix until fully combined.
    3. Press the crumbs into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
    4. Spread the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
    5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, coconut, and pecan pieces on top.
    6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top begins to turn slightly golden in colour
    7. Remove from oven. Allow the bars to cool fully before cutting.

     

    NOTES: Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
