    Classic Crêpes


    Ingredients:

    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup (118ml) milk
    • 1/2 cup (118ml) water
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
    • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


    Directions:

    1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, water, and salt until well combined.
    2. Gradually add the flour and melted butter, whisking vigorously until the batter is smooth.
    3. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat.
    4. Pour or scoop about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan, tilting it with a circular motion to evenly coat the surface.
    5. Cook until the top of the crêpe is no longer wet, and the bottom is light brown, about 1 to 2 minutes.
    6. Gently run a spatula around the edge to loosen the crêpe, then flip and cook for an additional minute until the other side is light brown.
    7. Serve hot with your favourite fillings! For a sweet option, try our hazelnut butter with bananas and melted chocolate. For a savoury twist, pair our garlic spread with an egg, and melted cheddar cheese.
