    Easy Chocolate Cupcakes


    Ingredients:

    • 3 3/4 cups + 2 tbsp (750g) Bulk Barn Chocolate Cake & Muffin Mix
    • 4 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (150 mL) vegetable oil
    • 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp (200 mL) water


    Directions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix on low speed for 1 minute.
    3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then continue mixing on medium speed for 4 minutes, making sure to scrape the sides occasionally.
    4. Line two muffin or cupcake tins with paper liners and fill each cup 2/3 full with batter.
    5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

     

    Finishing Touches:

    • Let your cupcakes cool, then get creative! Top with your favourite icing and sprinkle on some decorations for that perfect, sweet touch.

     

    Yields:

    • Approximately 24 cupcakes or 18 muffins.
