    Mini Bean Brownies


    Ingredients:

    • 1 1/2 cups (270g) Red Kidney Beans, cooked
    • 1/2 cup (125ml) Maple Syrup
    • 1/4 cup (70ml) Vegetable Oil
    • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
    • 1/2 cup (165g) Oat Flour
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    • 1/2 cup (105g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips


    Directions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a mini muffin pan with vegetable oil and set aside.
    2. In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend ingredients together except the chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.
    3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
    4. Scoop the mixture into the mini muffin pan.
    5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
    6. Allow the mini brownies to cool completely before removing them from the pan.
    7. Enjoy!

    Bake Time: 10-12 Minutes
    Total Time: 25-27 Minutes
    Yield: 12 Mini Brownies
