    Pretzel Christmas Crunch


    Ingredients:

    • 3 cups waffle pretzels (around 120 g)
    • 1 cup butter (227 g)
    • 1 cup brown sugar, packed (200 g)
    • 1 cup Belcolade Premium Milk Chocolate Wafers (170 g)
    • Optional toppings: Peanut M&M’s, crushed peanuts, Skor toffee bits, sprinkles, flaky salt


    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange waffle pretzels in a single layer.
    2. Make the toffee: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 cup butter and 1 cup brown sugar. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    3. Pour over pretzels: Immediately pour the hot toffee mixture evenly over the pretzels.
    4. Bake: Bake for 5 minutes, until bubbling.
    5. Add chocolate: Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle 1 cup Belcolade Premium Milk Chocolate Wafers over the top. Let sit 1–2 minutes, then spread melted chocolate evenly.
    6. Add toppings: Add your desired toppings while the chocolate is still soft.
    7. Chill and serve: Refrigerate for 1 hour, then break into pieces and enjoy!
