Strawberry Matcha Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- Strawberry Layer
- 3 tbsp chia seeds (36 g)
- 1 cup milk of choice (240 mL)
- 1 scoop Good Protein Strawberries & Cream protein powder (approx. 30 g)
- Matcha Layer
- 3 tbsp chia seeds (36 g)
- 1 cup milk of choice (240 mL)
- 1 tsp Bulk Barn matcha powder (2 g)
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (15–30 mL, optional)
- Toppings (Optional)
- Yogurt of choice (2–4 tbsp / 30–60 g)
- Extra matcha dusting (optional)
Directions:
- Make the strawberry layer:
Whisk milk and protein powder until completely smooth.
Stir in chia seeds, let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.
Cover and refrigerate for 2–4 hours or overnight until thickened.
- Make the matcha layer:
Whisk matcha powder into milk until fully dissolved. Add sweetener if using.
Stir in chia seeds, let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.
Cover and refrigerate until thickened.
- Assemble:
Spoon half strawberry and half matcha into your jar or container for a layered effect.
Top with your choice of yogurt before serving.
Makes: 1 large serving or 2 smaller jars
