White Candy Cane Bark

Yields approximately six servings.


  • 2.5lbs white chocolate flavoured Merckens
  • 3/4 cups crushed candy canes
  • 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract


  1. Melt white chocolate flavoured Merckens either in a double boiler or in a bowl over a pot of boiling water.
  2. Stir in 1/2 cup of crushed candy cane (reserving 1/4 cup for decoration) then add peppermint extract into melted white chocolate flavoured Merckens and combine.
  3. Line an 11" x 17" baking pan with wax paper.
  4. Pour and spread mixture onto wax paper.
  5. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of crushed candy cane on top.
  6. Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
  7. Keep refrigerated in a sealed container until ready to serve.
