    1 tightly packed cup of keto flour mix (150 g), 3 large eggs, 1 1/4 cup warm water, 3 tbsp oil (any oil of your choosing), 2 tbsp instant yeast. preheat oven to 350of. in a mixing bowl add 1 tightly packed cup of keto friendly bun mix. in another bowl add the following: 3 eggs, 1 1/4 cup warm water, 3 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp instant yeast. using a spoon or whisk mix ingredients until incorporated. with the mixer on low add the liquids into the dry mix. let combine and mix for about 1 minute. the dough, like a batter will be sticky but you should be able to handle it. divide 4 equal size portions and round into balls depending on size of bun/roll preference. place on baking tray and push ball flat until its approximately 1" thick. option for an added look, egg wash and sprinkle your favourite seed on the tops. bake in the oven at 350of for 40 minutes. then remove and let cool.
