    for larger quantities: use 3 tbsp (45 ml) of mix with 4 cups (1 l) of boiling water and mix well. for best results, allow to simmer 1 minute.
    for vegetarian chicken gravy: combine 1 tbsp (15 ml) of corn starch with 1 cup (250 ml) of cold water, then add 2 tbsp (30 ml) of vegetarian chicken soup base. cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until gravy thickens.
