    combine 1/2 cup (80 g) of seafood chowder soup base with 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) of cold water by stirring with a whisk. bring to a boil and stir in 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) of milk. add 160 g seafood of your choice. reduce heat, cover partially and allow to simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    2 tbsp (20 g) of mix makes 1 cup (250 ml) of prepared soup base.

    sugars (glucose solids, dextrose, sugar), wheat flour, dehydrated vegetables (potatoes, onions, red peppers, leeks, carrots), salt, dehydrated yellow peas, corn starch, chicken fat (includes rosemary extract), hydrolyzed soy protein, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate, parsley, flavour (includes celery), citric acid, yeast extract, caramel, herbs, sodium citrate, turmeric, tartrazine.
