    to make 1 cup (250 ml) of sauce, in a saucepan, melt 1/3 cup (84 g) of butter or margarine over low heat. remove from the burner, blend in 1/3 cup (44 g) of hollandaise sauce mix and then add 2/3 cup (167 ml) of cold water. stir constantly while cooking. as soon as the sauce reaches a boil, remove from heat.

    2 tsp (6 g) of mix = 2 tbsp prepared
