to make approximately 2 cups (500 ml) of hollandaise sauce, melt 2/3 cup (150g) of margarine over low heat. remove from the burner, blend in 2/3 cup (80g) of hollandaise sauce mix and then add 1 ¼ cups (300ml) of cold water. return to the burner, stirring constantly, bring the sauce to a boil and remove from heat.
