    Usage Tips:

    use for making light cakes and pastries. not recommended for making leavened bread.


    store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. to extend its shelf life, you can also store flour in the refrigerator in a sealed container, or freeze the flour.

    Point of Interest:

    soft flours (sometimes referred to as cake flours) are higher in starch, and lower in protein and gluten than hard flours. it is ideal for making light cakes and pastries but not recommended for making yeast breads.

    unbleached flour means the flour is aged and allowed to whiten naturally without additives or bleaches. while unbleached flour naturally whitens to some extent, it does retain a slightly creamy colour, which will give your baked goods an off-white appearance.
